It's a course you can drop in and enjoy casually, just a 2-minute walk from Kusatsu Station.Recommended for first-time visitors.Tasting a little of each day's fresh seafood delicacy, you can savor fresh fish delivered directly from Sukumo, Kochi and Tsuruga, Fukui.The specialty is salt-seared bonito, which is roasted fragrantly on a high-temperature iron plate, and in winter it changes to salt-seared yellowtail.The meal is hearty and packed with fried foods, healthy stir-fried chicken skirt steak and vegetables with black pepper, dim sum, and fried noodles on a hot plate.
